Hiring a Contractor for remodel or repairs.  Ask your neighbors and friends for references.  A full-time and experienced property manager or REALTOR will be aware of client's experiences, as well as be able to share their own knowledge.  Always do a quick search on-line, especially concerning their license.  A licensed business will have the necessary insurance to protect themselves and you.  They are serious about providing quality work, from start to finish.  You deserve quality & value!
